Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • United States: Free shipping. Estimated delivery time is within 7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Europe: Free shipping. Estimated delivery time is within 15 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Other International Destinations: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide! However, please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any potential charges before placing an international order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have not received tracking details within a few days, feel free to contact us.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do our best to ship to P.O. Boxes when possible, but some carriers may have limitations. If you require delivery to a P.O. Box, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.
